Shinhan tìm kiếm các startup/ doanh nghiệp đã có sản phẩm ở giai đoạn thương mại hóa và tăng trưởng, có traction rõ ràng về khách hàng và doanh thu để chứng minh tính thực tiễn và khả năng triển khai của giải pháp.
Tôi có thể nộp đơn nếu không phải là startup không?
Chương trình mở cho nhiều loại hình doanh nghiệp — từ startup, SMEs đến các công ty vừa và lớn — với điều kiện founding team hoặc người ra quyết định chính tham gia trực tiếp vào quá trình triển khai PoC.
Ý tưởng của các đội nhóm từ ngoài Việt Nam có thể đăng ký tham gia không?
Có. Tuy nhiên, cần có giấy phép kinh doanh tại Việt Nam và đội ngũ tham gia trực tiếp PoC tại Việt Nam trong 16 tuần, trong đó ít nhất 1 người thuộc founding team/ BOD.
Thông tin đăng ký của tôi có được bảo mật không?
Có. Mọi thông tin được bảo vệ theo cam kết bảo mật của Shinhan Future’s Lab.
Giải pháp của tôi có cần tạo ra doanh thu để áp dụng không?
Shinhan tìm kiếm các startup/ doanh nghiệp đã có sản phẩm ở giai đoạn thương mại hóa và tăng trưởng, có traction rõ ràng về khách hàng và doanh thu để chứng minh tính thực tiễn và khả năng triển khai của giải pháp.
Tôi có cần cả nhóm của mình hoặc những người đồng sáng lập khác tham gia chương trình không?
Không bắt buộc cả đội, nhưng cần ít nhất 1 thành viên thuộc founding team/ BOD tham gia xuyên suốt. Đội ngũ phải có năng lực phát triển, điều chỉnh giải pháp và đưa ra quyết định nhanh chóng, quyết định cuối cùng.
Ai nên là đại diện của nhóm khi nộp đơn tham gia chương trình?
Founder, CEO, Director hoặc các quản lý cấp cao hiểu rõ doanh nghiệp, đề bài của Shinhan, và có khả năng trao đổi trong quá trình Nộp đơn và Phỏng vấn.

Không. Chúng tôi không đánh giá hồ sơ dựa trên vòng gọi vốn, mà tập trung vào giải pháp và đề xuất hợp tác thực chất với Shinhan.
Người tham gia sẽ nhận được loại hỗ trợ nào trong quá trình tham gia chương trình?
- 200 triệu VND tiền mặt cho các PoC được Shinhan phê duyệt
- Kết nối mentor, coach, industry expert qua các buổi đào tạo chuyên đề
- Tiếp cận trực tiếp các công ty thành viên và phòng ban Shinhan để thảo luận đề xuất
- Hỗ trợ địa điểm tổ chức (phòng họp, hội trường) khi startup có nhu cầu tổ chức sự kiện, hội thảo
Chương trình có cung cấp hỗ trợ để chuyển từ PoC (bằng chứng về khái niệm) sang xây dựng MVP (Sản phẩm khả thi tối thiểu) không?
Có. Chương trình tạo điều kiện để startup và các công ty Shinhan tiếp tục thảo luận sau PoC, bao gồm khả năng mở rộng, đồng phát triển MVP hoặc triển khai thử nghiệm thực tế quy mô lớn, tùy vào kết quả PoC và mức độ quan tâm từ các bên liên quan.
Giải pháp của tôi có thể tham gia nhiều hơn 1 công ty thành viên của Shinhan không?
Có. Nếu giải pháp và đề xuất của startup phù hợp và có tính khả thi cao, startup có thể tham gia POC với nhiều hơn 1 công ty thành viên Shinhan.
Người tham gia sẽ nhận được loại hỗ trợ nào sau khi kết thúc chương trình?
- Hỗ trợ kết nối đối tác, Nhà đầu tư, chương trình khởi nghiệp tăng tốc & mở rộng thị trường trong hệ sinh thái quốc tế Shinhan.
- Hỗ trợ địa điểm tổ chức (phòng họp, hội trường) khi startup có nhu cầu tổ chức sự kiện, hội thảo.
Sau khi có kết quả PoC, Shinhan sẽ quyết định như thế nào về việc kí kết hợp tác?
Tương tự như trong quá trình thương thảo và ký kết hợp tác với đối tác hoặc nhà cung cấp (vendor).
Hình thức hợp tác cụ thể với các công ty của Shinhan sau chương trình là gì?
Hình thức hợp tác có thể linh hoạt dưới dạng nhà cung cấp vendor, đối tác cộng tác, đơn vị outsourcing, hoặc mô hình khác phù hợp — tùy theo đề xuất từ startup và kết quả triển khai PoC thực tế.
